1. In-Office Whitening:

In-office whitening is performed by your Calgary dentist at our clinic. It usually takes around 60 minutes to complete. Your dentist will cover up your lips and gums with a shield, leaving only the teeth exposed. A whitening gel made up of hydrogen peroxide is applied to the teeth, and then the gel is exposed to a special LED light that works to break the discoloration. The gel is left on for 15 minutes, and the procedure is repeated three to four times.

2. Take-home Whitening Kits

Take-home kits allow you to whiten your teeth in the comfort and privacy of your own home, at your convenience. Our Calgary dental team will first take an impression of your teeth, and then create custom trays that will be filled with a special whitening agent that you put in the custom trays. With only 60 minutes of wear per day for 1-2 weeks, our professional strength whitening agent removes surface and internal stains from your teeth. Existing dental work and tooth structure will not be altered in any way.
